Klein ISD/UIL requires all 2024-2025 athletes to complete these ONLINE FORMS annually
before they are eligible to participate in any sports, practices or camps.

GAME DAY POLOS
All 2024-2025 players will be required to wear the Game Day Polo on game days along with khaki pants or shorts. Polos must be ordered by August 12th to allow for production time.

**If you would like for your player to have a GAME DAY MEAL
for the 2025 season, the order form will open up on June 1, 2025
ALL 2025 Game Day Meal orders and payments MUST be received by August 15, 2025 for your player to receive a game day meal. Discounted Banquet tickets are available until Midnight the day of Meet the Bearkats.
***If you do not purchase meals by the deadline, you will be responsible for getting a meal to your player each game day***
Player packets also include the options to pay for booster memberships, corporate sponsorships, early discount purchase for end of season banquet, and banquet ads.

Communication will be through SportsYou throughout the season. Every player/parent will join the "MAIN GROUP" AND their respective team (Ex: All JV will join "Main Group" and "JV").
